What is your shipping policy?

We’re excited to ship your order right to your doorstep. Here's a quick breakdown of our domestic shipping policy:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee will apply.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

** For any pre-order items, we’ll ship the order as your items become available.

I need my order by December 25. What’s your holiday shipping schedule?

Items needed before December 25th need to be placed by December 16th using Standard Shipping (5-7 business days). Any orders placed after December 17 will be shipped on December 30th.

What if I need to change my address?

If you need to make any changes, please contact customerservice@tilshop.nyc ASAP. We’ll do our best to update your order and get it where it needs to be.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to help change any orders already en route with the carrier.

Sorry, I need to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Please email customerservice@tilshop.nyc ASAP if you need to cancel. But any orders already with the carrier are out of our hands and we’re unable to cancel.

Where is my order?

Once your package ships, you’ll get an email confirmation that contains a tracking number. Use that to track the package's status from there!  If for any reason you did not receive this confirmation, please email customerservice@tilshop.nyc.

Where are TIL’s products made?

Each one of our items is made with love in Pakistan. Our napkins and table mats handcrafted by skilled artisans in Sindh Province and our aprons are made by an ethically operated factory in Karachi.

What is your return policy?

We strive to deliver goods you will love. If they don’t meet your satisfaction, you can get a full refund or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your package. 

For refunds, a restocking and return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the cost of your goods.
